Three teams suffer season ending losses at home:

GDW Analysis:
Victory slipped through the grasp of four local hoop teams Saturday in the AHSAA sub regional playoffs.
Three endured defeat that was hard to swallow for it taking place on their home floor.
The other saw the season close out with a loss up in Lauderdale County.
Brewer 59, West Point 54:
WEST POINT: Brewer overcame a 14 point deficit at the start of the 4th period, going on a 26 to 7 run in the final 8:00 to keep West Point from going on to the Sweet 16.
The Warriors finish the year at 21 & 8, champions of 5A, Area 15. Brewer now goes to Wallace State and will play Arab Thursday at Tom Drake Coliseum. Game time TBA.
Clay Chalkville 50, Cullman 49:
It will be the first time in 4 seasons of Bearcat basketball with Stu Stuedeman of not being in the Class 6A "Sweet 16"
Cullman carried a slim 35 to 34 into the 4th but was unable to maintain the advantage.
The Bearcats got outscored 16 to 14 and see a superb season end at 26 wins & 5 losses.
Cullman got a sub regional game at Bearcat Arena after coming from behind Wednesday to defeat Jasper 66 to 61 and win the Area 13 title.
The 'Cats lost at home for the 2nd time this season. Their previous loss before Saturday night was in the title game of the Mike Dean Turkey Shootout when Hewitt Trussville took them down 62 to 39.
Brooks 59, Good Hope 47:
KILLEN: Good Hope could not put together the kind of effort they needed to defeat the Area 14 champion in Class 4A on their floor.
Good Hope lost two straight in closing out the season at 22 wins & 8 losses. The Raiders won their 4th consecutive Cullman County championship in late January and have had 7 consecutive years of winning more than 20  games under Drew Adams.
Tanner defeats Cold Springs:
COLD SPRINGS: Tanner invaded the new Cold Springs' gymnasium for the first time and kept its season going with a victory over the Eagles.
The Eagles wrap up their first year with Adam McKinnon at 9 wins and 16 losses.
Cold Springs got to host the sub regional after beating Falkville earlier in the week to claim the top spot from 2A, Area 11.
