Gameday Weekly previews the AHSAA baseball playoffs:

Five schools have punched their ticket to the AHSAA postseason:

GDW Analysis:

 A total of five schools from the Gameday Weekly coverage area have qualified for the 2025 Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) baseball playoffs.
Two go into the postseason as champions from their respective area. Three earned a berth for postseason play with a 2nd place finish in their respective area.
The playoffs will be the best of a 3 game series with Round 1 set for the weekend of April 18 & 19.
Vinemont Eagles:
Champions in 3A, Area 12
Vinemont will host Walter Welborn in 1st round playoff series.
Walter Welborn from the Anniston area is 2nd in 3A, Area 9.
Cullman Bearcats:
Champions in 6A, Area 13
Cullman will host Hazel Green in the 1st round playoff series.
Hazel Green comes to Cullman 2nd in 6A, Area 16
Cold Springs Eagles:
Runners up in 2A, Area 11
Cold Springs will play at Red Bay in the 1st round of the 2A postseason.
Red Bay is the winner of 2A, Area 10.
Fairview Aggies:
Runners up in 5A, Area 14
Fairview will face Lawrence County in Round 1 of the playoffs.
Lawrence County is the champion from 5A, Area 15.
Good Hope Raiders:
Runners up in 4A, Area 13
Good Hope has a first round playoff series with Madison County.
Madison County is the champion from 4A, Area 16.
Each series will be a doubleheader on Friday. Game 3 of these series will be played on Saturday.

Cullman: TBA
Cold Springs: TBA
Fairview: 5:00 & 7:00 Friday, 2:00 Saturday (If)
Good Hope: 4:30 & 7:00 Friday, 1:00 Saturday (If)
