Cullman Christian School is officially a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA).
The Christian school has served its 2 year probation period with the state and now can compete in championship play.
As the school awaits the start of the 2024/25 athletic year, a new look will be on display.

The school purchased a wooden floor that formerly belonged to the G League team of the NBA, the Boston Celtics.
Principal Heith Yearwood expressed thanks to the Cullman Basketball Complex and its owner, Branch Whitlock, for its input in helping the school as they have played under AHSAA probation the last two years with a tile floor.
The floor was delivered by a tractor trailer rig and arrived at the campus on June 13.
Yearwood and construction people started the process of installing the floor Saturday morning, piece by piece, with Gameday Weekly dropping by for an upclose and personal look.
The floor will be a regulation size of 84 feet by 50 for basketball competition. Lines will be installed for volleyball to play its home assignments there as well.
Volleyball assistant Amanda Yearwood told GDW, the plans are to have the floor refurbished and repainted in time for volleyball, which will begin the new season in the later part of August.
Cullman Christian will compete in area play of the AHSAA in volleyball and basketball with St. Bernard Prep, Addison and Meek.
Yearwood coaches the Lady Lions' basketball team while the Lions are under direction of well known coach from his days at Holly Pond, Mitch Morris.
Both are working on getting their schedules finalized for the 2024/25 season that officially opens by the AHSAA on November 7.
Yearwood has had his Lady Lions in a workout session with the Hanceville Lady Bulldogs Friday from Lane Horton Gymnasium.
Yearwood thanked coach Christina Watson for allowing them this moment to get in some quality work during June, in which the AHSAA permits basketball programs statewide to do so.
