GDW Analysis:
HANCEVILLE: Thirty three years the Cullman County basketball tournament has enjoyed its time from Wallace State's Tom Drake Coliseum.
It started in 1993 when the event found a neutral site for the first time according to analysis by Gameday Weekly.
Saturday, a week of excitement will come to a close with four divisions to crown a champion.
JV G: 1 Cold Springs vs. 2 Good Hope 2:30:
Cold Springs reached the finals after a 51 to 31 victory Thursday over West Point.
The Lady Eagles were led by Hagan Ellis who scored 25 on 10 FGs, 5 treys and 5 rebounds.
Good Hope earned its title game berth in a 60 to 39 semifinal victory Friday vs. Fairview. Freshman PG Zoe Gibbs was hot with 21 of her 26 points in the first half.
Good Hope led 41 to 20 at the half. Sophomore Gabby Richter stood out with a game high 18 rebounds. Kynzlee Garmon scored 14 and grabbed 8 boards.
JV: 1 West Point vs. 2 Cold Springs 4:00:
West Point defeated Fairview 41 to 31 in semifinal.
Cold Springs defeated Good Hope 52 to 49 in semifinal.
West Point was 6 & 0 in the county, Cold Springs 5 & 1.
JJ Minck led West Point with 22 points in the Fairview game.
Lindan Hill scored 25 in guiding Cold Springs over Good Hope. Both were selected player of the game by GDW.

A rematch of the 2024 title game takes place in 2025.
West Point now is the hottest team with 7 straight wins after the Lady Warriors defeated Vinemont 63 to 48 Thursday evening. Lady Warriors are 20 & 4.
Good Hope have won 4 in a row. The latest was a 53 to 35 defeat of Fairview in the semifinal round. Lady Raiders are 19 & 5.
Laklin Shadix carried West Point to a revenge victory vs. Vinemont. The sophomore tallied 23 points, had 14 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 blocks.
Ava McSwain was her steady self for Good Hope. The senior had 19 points, 8 FGs, 3 treys and 6 rebounds.
Both earned GDW player of the game honors.
Good Hope is going for its 4th consecutive Cullman County title. West Point is looking to win it for the first time since 2020.
V: 2 Good Hope vs. 4 Holly Pond 7:00:
Both bring into championship play 4 game winning streaks.
The Raiders are back into scoring as they have tallied 84 vs. East Lawrence, 88 vs. Danville, 80 vs. Cold Springs and 78 on Friday in a semifinal win against Fairview.
Holly Pond's winning streak has been 70 to 57 over Vinemont, 45 to 33 over Hanceville, 53 to 44 against Hanceville and 53 to 50 in an upset of West Point in a semifinal.
Drew Adams has led the Raiders to county championships in 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2024. The Broncos are looking to win the county title for the first time since 2018.
Good Hope defeated Holly Pond 67 to 53 on December 6, the night Holly Pond named the floor Dwayne Adams' court at Felton Easterwood Gymnasium.
Adams is the grandson of the legend Holly Pond coach.
Willoughby is looking to win his first county crown coach Holly Pond. He led Cold Springs to the promise land in 2014 and 2021.
